Cross-Cultural Training Program
Program Overview
This 10-month immersive training program is designed to equip cross-cultural workers to share the gospel and disciple new believers among unreached people groups. Located in North Hill, Akron—a vibrant community home to refugees from many nations—students will gain hands-on experience in ministering to people from diverse backgrounds.
What to Expect
- Classroom Training: One to two evenings per week focused on cross-cultural ministry, gospel sharing, and discipleship strategies.
- Practical Outreach: Regular visits and engagement with unreached people groups in the community.
- Mentorship: Work alongside and be guided by experienced cross-cultural servants.
- Spiritual Formation: Group prayer times and personalized growth plans based on regular evaluations.
- Service Opportunities: Limited internships may be available for qualified participants.
